A Weekly Challenge
Learn to wake up without an alarm
Sleep is an aspect of our lives that we love but take for granted. As I wrote in my book summary of "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker, almost every bodily function benefits from a good night’s sleep.
Waking up fully rested, without the sound of a high pitched, annoying alarm is a luxury we all have access to.
This week, subtract 8 hours from the time you usually wake up and go to bed at that time. Set an alarm for about half an hour after you are supposed to wake up, just as insurance.
Wake up fully rested, and seize your days.
